I rode my bike to the Miami Tea Party tax protest. There was a lot of traffic. I was able to ride around the protest several times rallying the troops.

6.09 miles walked

My diet went partially in the crapper as all I ate were baked Frito-Lays products for the entire day. I had lots of work to do for some customer’s today, and before I realized it, I ended up eating an entire bag of baked Ruffles. At least I managed to go for a walk. The good thing about thse chips is that there is a lot fiber. They definitely help keep you regular.
