Well, I had a personal setback this week and started to fall into old habits. I gained 3 pounds but I’ve caught myself, and will be getting back on the wagon tomorrow in the morning. I am learning a lot about myself and how I let my emotions control my eating habits. I didn’t realize it until recently.
This is what I plan on doing tomorrow: 60 mile route 3-29-01Find more Bike Rides in Miami, Florida This is going to be fun. This includes the entirety of the M-Path, parts of Krome Ave, Old Cutler Road, Coconut Grove, and back to East Little Havana.

I rode my bike to the Miami Tea Party tax protest. There was a lot of traffic. I was able to ride around the protest several times rallying the troops.
