knew this was going to happen. But it is the beginning of the second part of preparing for the body for life competition. It hurts my arms trying to keep my arms in the typing position.
Well, I had a personal setback this week and started to fall into old habits. I gained 3 pounds but I’ve caught myself, and will be getting back on the wagon tomorrow in the morning. I am learning a lot about myself and how I let my emotions control my eating habits. I didn’t realize it until recently.
This is what I plan on doing tomorrow: 60 mile route 3-29-01Find more Bike Rides in Miami, Florida This is going to be fun. This includes the entirety of the M-Path, parts of Krome Ave, Old Cutler Road, Coconut Grove, and back to East Little Havana.
If I’m going to all the trouble of losing this weight, I never want it to return. In order to do that, I must start recognizing my bad habits so that I can fix them.
